Amanda Owen has always loved to create, and her best work comes from creating with purpose. In 2019, Amanda had the dream of channeling her creativity to help small businesses grow their brands. From content creation and marketing strategy to website design and social media management, and more, Amanda strives to provide exceptional service for her clients. Buzzword Creative, LLC is a business that goes above and beyond. Amanda loves to explore new avenues and challenges, so she works with each client to provide services that fit their specific wants and needs.

Amanda comes from a background in libraries, holding a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters in Library and Information Science. Learning and service have always been important components of her life. She is also an active volunteer with Junior League of Lafayette, holding positions within the organization's Communications Council, which have furthered her love for, and skill in, marketing and communications. Amanda also serves as Board Member for Healing House, which provides grief support services for Acadiana families. 

In her free time, Amanda loves cooking good food, traveling to new places, and spending time with friends. She is a cat mom to Tormund, a lovable orange terror, and Voodoo, who is probably half sea otter and half anxious raccoon. Amanda is active in the Catholic faith and strives to live by her favorite verse: "Let everything you do be done in love." 1 Cor 16:14
